Lemon Crème Vegan Salad Dressing

If you like zesty salad dressings, you’ll love this light and bright vinaigrette. Mixing your typical lemon and olive oil together with Almo Crème makes for a much more dynamic dressing. Plus, it’s entirely plant-based. No mayonnaise necessary. And so easy to whip up, you have no excuses for not making it.

  • 3 tbsp Almo Crème
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 1/2 tsp salt


  1. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and whisk together until emulsified. 
  2. Add 1 tbsp of water or Almo Milk and continue whisking until desired consistency is reached. Season with salt and cracked pepper.
