Orders are processed and dispatched on Tuesday and Friday mornings each week. Orders are typically delivered between 2-5 business days from your dispatch day, please add additional days for regional areas. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Please note, our Almo Crème and Almo Milk are dispatched from separate warehouses and will therefore arrive in two separate deliveries. These cartons may be delivered 1-2 days apart, so please do not be concerned if you receive one without the other.
We’re committed to making Almo more accessible and affordable for all customers. Our delivery charges vary depending on locations and the size of your order. Rates are based on the actual costs of shipping stock from our warehouse to your door.
Almo offers free shipping to postcodes that have been deemed affordable to do so. By working closely with our couriers we are able to extend this offer to as many postcodes as possible. However, due to the size and weight of our products, delivery costs can be high in certain instances, especially when shipping to remote areas. Charges may apply to designated postcodes with every effort to keep the costs as low as possible. We are actively looking for ways to reduce these costs and pass the savings on to our customers.
PO BOX OR PARCEL LOCKER DELIVERY
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Locker locations. We can, however, deliver to commercial, residential and businesses Australia-wide.
FAILED DELIVERY COLLECTION
Please note that all of our deliveries are given the authority to be left at the premises if the recipient is not home. However, if our couriers believe it is not safe to be left at the door (e.g. you’re in an apartment building), they will leave a card and you may need to collect from a local pick-up point.
