Coffee Jelly Almond Milk

Cool off with a delicious mix of coffee jelly ice cubes and almond milk. The perfect drink for those who just can’t get enough coffee!

If you love to get creative with your coffee then you have to try this unique spin on the iced coffee classic. By adding some sweetness from the maple syrup, you have a beautiful balance of sweet and savoury all in one glass. Let the coffee jelly melt into the almond milk while you sip away and enjoy the sunshine.


Coffee Jelly

  • 1 cup room temperature St ALi black coffee or cold brew
  • 2 tbsp gelatin or 1 tbsp agar agar
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup water

The Drink

  • 1 cup Almo almond milk
  • Coffee Jelly


  1. Mix gelatin or agar agar with 1/2 Cup of cold water
  2. Stir in 1 cup of strong St Ali brewed coffee
  3. Pour into a mould and chill in the fridge until set
  4. Once set, cut into cubes and serve with chilled Almo almond milk and maple to sweeten
