Toasted Almond Muesli


  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup Almo crème
  • 3 cups oats
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 5 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup sliced dried peaches


Preheat oven to 170 degrees. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except dried fruit. The muesli mix should be rough and crumbly. Line a baking tray with non-stick paper. Pour out muesli mixture and spread out evenly. Bake for 25-30minutes or until almonds begin to toast. Remove from oven and whilst still warm, sprinkle in raisins and dried peach slices. Press down onto mixture to allow clusters to form. Allow to cool completely. Remove from baking tray and store in an airtight container or glass jar.
