Roasted Almond & Maple Cinnamon Butter

Luxuriously creamy, rich and comforting, you’ll love this sweet nut butter on anything and in everything.

Prep: 5 mins | Fridge: 2 hours | Serves: 15 tbsp

Nut butter has never tasted this good! Reminiscent of maple-glazed almonds, this nut butter can make everyday desserts utterly morish in one smear. Pair with our Vegan Pumpkin Scones or vegan Buckwheat Banana Bread, and you’ll understand why we love this plant-based butter so much.

It’s made with a simple blend of Roasted Almo Crème and coconut oil in a 1:1 ratio, plus a little extra maple syrup for natural sweetness. You can adjust the quantities to suit your needs and desired taste and have butter whipped up in less than 5 minutes.

Using maple syrup instead of refined sugar means you’re getting the nutritional benefit of zinc and magnesium, rather than just empty calories. It’s essentially a healthier, refined-sugar-free and dairy-free alternative to whipped cream and jam. Enjoy!

Tip: Add another depth of flavour with a tsp of cinnamon.
