Almo Pear Hazelnut Bircher

Ingredients:

  • 1 pear, cored and grated
  • 1 cup buckinis
  • ½ cup natural yoghurt
  • ½ cup Almo almond milk
  • 1/3 cup roasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Method

Method:

Combine all ingredients in large bowl.

Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Spoon portions into bowls and serve with pear, hazelnuts and a splash of Almo.

This recipe serves four and can be made at the start of the week for breakfasts.
