Almo Pear Hazelnut Bircher
- 1 pear, cored and grated
- 1 cup buckinis
- ½ cup natural yoghurt
- ½ cup Almo almond milk
- 1/3 cup roasted hazelnuts, roughly chopped
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Combine all ingredients in large bowl.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Spoon portions into bowls and serve with pear, hazelnuts and a splash of Almo.
This recipe serves four and can be made at the start of the week for breakfasts.
